You can serve this quick ice cream with almond flakes and, if you don’t mind the salt in desserts, with a pinch of the salt flower.
2 tablespoons honey
120 ml of almond milk
1 tablespoon instant coffee
Pinch of salt
30 g cocoa
60 g of almond butter
Blend all ingredients into a creamy mixture.
Transfer them to a container that you can put in the freezer and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from the freezer about 10 minutes before serving.
