Yogurt cake is one of those cakes that always succeeds!
1 cup of sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
½ glasses of oil
1 cup of liquid yogurt
1 ½ cup smooth flour
½ packets of baking powder
100 g of chocolate drops
100 g milk chocolate for the glaze
Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and mix them into solid snow. Mix the egg yolks well with the sugar and vanilla sugar, then add the oil and yogurt. Continue to mix the mixture on the lowest speed, then gradually add the flour to which you have added the baking powder.
Finally, lightly stir in the egg whites and chocolate drops with a spatula. Pour the prepared mixture into a greased and floured baking tin (20×30 cm) which you have previously greased and floured.
Bake the cake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C. Depending on the oven, it can be baked shorter or longer, be sure to do a test with a toothpick before removing it from the oven. Cool the cake to room temperature, pour over the chocolate glaze and enjoy a delicious treat!
