Yogurt Cake with Cinnamon

5 tablespoons of oat bran
6 tablespoons () of milk powder (skimmed)
2 tablespoons of coconut sugar (or demerara)
1 tablespoon of yeast
2 units of egg
100 milliliters of yogurt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- Reserve the yeast. Put all the other ingredients in the blender and then whisk until completely homogeneous. Leave beating for 3 minutes.
- Put the yeast into the dough and then divide it into silicone molds or another that can go to the microwave.
- Then bake for 4 minutes at high power. After that time, check if the cake is baked. You can do a test by placing a toothpick inside the dough.
