Waffles remain one of the children’s favorite desserts and they are so easy to make!
40 g of chocolate
90 g of wheat flour
12 cl of spelled milk
- For the decor:
100 g dark chocolate
Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
Pour a small ladle of batter into a hot waffle mold, without filling the entire cavity to have an elongated shape.
Cook for about 3 min. Place them on a rack to keep them crispy.
Continue until all the dough is used up.
Cover the waffles with melted chocolate, colored sugars and insert a wooden stick.
