Waffle Pops – Chocolate Lollipop Waffles

minutesWaffles remain one of the children’s favorite desserts and they are so easy to make!
Ingredients
2 eggs
40g sugar
40 g of chocolate
50g butter
90 g of wheat flour
12 cl of spelled milk
- For the decor:
100 g dark chocolate
Colored sugars
Directions

Mix all the ingredients in a blender. -
Pour a small ladle of batter into a hot waffle mold, without filling the entire cavity to have an elongated shape. -
Cook for about 3 min. Place them on a rack to keep them crispy. -
Continue until all the dough is used up. -
Cover the waffles with melted chocolate, colored sugars and insert a wooden stick.
