minutesA 2-color pudding recipe, with two different types of cookies, looks good, doesn’t it?
Ingredients
1 packet of oatmeal cookies
1 packet of chocolate wafers
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
6 gems
400 ml cream
250 ml of milk
4 spoons (soup) powdered chocolate
3 spoons (soup) cornstarch
2 spoons (soup) of butter
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Directions

In a saucepan, place the milk, egg yolks, condensed milk, butter, cornstarch and cream. Bring to the heat and let it cook, over low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens. -
Divide the previous mixture into two bowls. In one, pour the vanilla essence and stir. In the other, put the chocolate powder and wrap it too. -
In a pudding form, place the vanilla cream and then a layer of crushed chocolate wafers. Pour the chocolate cream on top and finish with the crushed oatmeal cookies. Take the cold overnight. The next day, unmold and serve.
