2-Color PuddingCourse: Puddings
A 2-color pudding recipe, with two different types of cookies, looks good, doesn’t it?
1 packet of oatmeal cookies
1 packet of chocolate wafers
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
400 ml cream
250 ml of milk
4 spoons (soup) powdered chocolate
3 spoons (soup) cornstarch
2 spoons (soup) of butter
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
In a saucepan, place the milk, egg yolks, condensed milk, butter, cornstarch and cream. Bring to the heat and let it cook, over low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.
Divide the previous mixture into two bowls. In one, pour the vanilla essence and stir. In the other, put the chocolate powder and wrap it too.
In a pudding form, place the vanilla cream and then a layer of crushed chocolate wafers. Pour the chocolate cream on top and finish with the crushed oatmeal cookies. Take the cold overnight. The next day, unmold and serve.
