Vegetable Clafoutis with CherriesCourse: Cakes
A recipe for soft vegetable clafoutis with cherries. In this great recipe, no egg or milk is needed, only soy.
500 g Cherries
2 jars Saint Hubert with soy
125 g Flour
100 g Sugar
50 ml Orange tree Flower water
4 tbsp Almond powder
2 tbsp Sunflower or coconut oil
1 clove Vanilla
1 teaspoon Baking powder
In a saucepan, make a syrup by putting the orange blossom water, sugar and the seeds of the vanilla bean and bring everything to the boil.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a large bowl, put the flour, a touch of fleur de sel, the almond powder and then the syrup while whisking it. Then add the vegetable oil. Mix everything.
Place the cherries in the bottom of a cake tin and pour the mixture over it, smoothing it out. Sprinkle everything with sugar.
Bake for 45 minutes.
