- For the dough
1 cup of shelled sunflower seeds (soaked for 8 hours)
1/2 cup of black raisin or date
1 spoon (dessert) of cocoa powder
Cardamom, cinnamon and vanilla extract (optional)
- For the filling
400 grams of raw and unsalted cashews (left to soak for 8 hours)
250 grams of strawberry
20 grams of white raisin
7 drops of vanilla extract
- Prepare the dough
- Beat the sunflower seeds, the grapes in the blender black raisins and cocoa until it forms a homogeneous mass. If you want to add more flavor, add optional suggestions.
- Spread the base in a shape with a removable ring and set it aside.
