hoursIngredients
200 ml warm water
150 ml warm oat drink
60 g melted coconut oil
75 g sugar
1 teaspoon yeast
425 g of wheat flour
Flour for kneading (add flour until the dough does not stick to your fingers and allow to knead)
Coconut oil for brushing dough
Cinnamon powder
Brown sugar
Raisins
Chopped hazelnut
Directions
-
Add the liquids and then slowly incorporate the dry ones. -
With the dough ready, place a towel on top and let it rise at room temperature, about 1 hour to 1 ½ hours. -
Using a rolling pin and flour on the surface, make a square of dough. -
With the square done, brush with the melted coconut oil. Add cinnamon powder, hazelnut, brown sugar and raisins. -
Start to roll from one end to the other, making carefully and tighten the first curve. Then just roll it naturally so as not to put too much pressure on the dough. However, try to give the circular shape by running the middle hands out repeatedly. -
With the help of a very sharp knife, on a cutting board, cut some rolls of about 3 cm and place them on a tray with parchment paper, pressing with your fingers to make them wider and more “glued”. -
Then let it rise for about 2 hours to grow again and be very fluffy and full of air. -
Place in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for about 30/35 minutes. Watch the color, when they are golden they are ready.
