The creamiest version of the chocolate cake from the cup
Course: CakesQuick cakes from the microwave often have a floury taste and it’s hard to judge if they’re really baked, but this recipe guarantees success. Preparation takes five minutes, and all you need are two large white cups. If you can’t find cups of three or more decilitres, we suggest dividing the mixture into four smaller ones, so that nothing leaks out during baking.
Ingredients
4 tablespoons butter
30 g chopped chocolate
4 cubes of milk chocolate
3 tablespoons sugar
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoons of salt
30 g of flour
½ teaspoons baking powder
Directions
- Melt the chopped chocolate and butter in the microwave. It will take you about 45 seconds, but it is crucial that you take out the bowl every 45 seconds and stir.
- Mix eggs with sugar, cocoa, vanilla and salt and mix with chocolate. Then add the flour and baking powder mixture and stir with a wooden spoon.
- Divide the dough into two larger cups and place them on opposite sides of the microwave. Reduce power to 50% and let bake for 45 seconds.
- Remove the cups, stir and return for another 45 seconds. When you take them out, put two chocolate cubes in the middle of each mixture and put them in the microwave for another 45 seconds.
