Tangerine Jam Recipe
Try a completely new and unexpected taste.
6 kg of tangerines, peeled
200 grams of sugar
2.3 liters of water
- Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Divide the tangerines into pieces or leave them whole if you want (do not forget to pull out the white part in the middle).
- Arrange them tightly in cans for canning.
- Heat the water and sugar in a saucepan and stir to melt the sugar. Drizzle the tangerines with the sugar syrup while it is hot.
- Close the jars tightly with a lid. If you want to pasteurize the tangerines, cook them in water for about 10 minutes.
