Rich and thicker pancakes enjoyed by kids can become your family’s favorite dish.
250 g of flour
1.5 dl of yogurt or sour milk
2.5 dl of milk
2 tablespoons sugar
teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons melted butter
From all the listed ingredients, mix the mass well with a mixer until it is smooth (without lumps) and leave it to stand for about 10 minutes.
Heat a hot plate, then bake smaller pancakes (approximately two in a smaller pan, three in a larger one) on a heated pan, without fat.
Serve the pancakes immediately while hot. Coat them as desired: fruit syrup, honey, jam, sweet cream cheese, whipped cream, sweet-sour cream, or any filling you like.
If you replace sugar with salt, you will get an equally delicious variant of American pancakes
