Smoothie With Spinach
Course: DnBA smoothie can be a snack between meals, or with the addition of cereals and nuts a good idea for breakfast.
Ingredients
2 cups spinach
1 cup squeezed orange juice
1 large banana
1 apple
1 kiwi
Directions
Put fresh spinach and orange juice in a blender, and mix well.
If it is too thick, add a little water. Then add the remaining chopped fruit.
