Simple and Healthy Banana Ice Cream
Course: FrozenCool off with a quickly homemade treat.
Ingredients
a few bananas (one per person)
Pistachios
Almonds
Directions
Cut the bananas into rings and then keep them in a closed container or bag in the freezer for two hours.
After two hours, just a few minutes of whipping in a blender will give the perfect creamy ice cream.
Not necessary to add sugar and you can ‘spice up’ the ice cream with a little pistachio or almond.
