Be prepared that they will disappear just as quickly because they are delicious, juicy and imbued with different aromas.
3 tablespoons nut butter of your choice
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2-3 tablespoons of maple syrup (or other sweetener of your choice)
50 g coconut crumbs + 20 g for rolling balls
Lemon zest – optional
Squeeze the juice from half a lemon which should give you about 2-3 tablespoons, but if you want you can add more.
Mix lemon juice with butter and tahini, coconut oil and maple syrup. Add grated lemon zest if desired.
Add the coconut crumbs and mix until you get a dough-like mixture that you can shape into balls.
Roll the balls in coconut for rolling and place in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
