This Cheese and Blueberry Cake does not contain sugars, it has a lot of protein and healthy fats. You can eat it as breakfast, but also as a snack or dessert. Whichever time you eat it, you will enjoy the freshness and juiciness.
500 g of lean cheese
2 tablespoons almond flour
Pinch of salt
2 scoops (about 50 g) protein (taste as desired)
100 g of frozen blueberries
Separate the egg yolks and egg whites, whisk the egg whites with a little salt into a solid batter.
Whisk the egg yolks with the lean cheese, then add the whey proteins and almond flour, whisk well with a mixer.
Gradually add egg whites to the resulting mixture and mix gently to keep it frothy.
Pour the mixture into a baking tray sprayed with coconut oil spray or line it with baking paper. Add blueberries on top.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 min.
