Ingredients
- for the filling:
400 g blueberry
100 g of sugar
2 tablespoons of flour
1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice
A pinch of salt
- for crumble:
100 g of smooth flour
50 g of oatmeal
100 g of brown sugar
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
100 g of butter
Directions
- Heat the oven to 190 degrees . Grease a ceramic dish with a diameter of approx. 25 cm.
- Try the blueberries and judge how sour they are and how much lemon juice you need.
- Mix them with flour, sugar and salt and spread them on the bottom of the prepared container. Mix a mixture of flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, vanilla and salt into the softened butter.
- Crumble the mixture over the prepared blueberries and bake until a crispy crust forms. It will take about half an hour.
