Quick and Tasty Pudding Balls with Coconut
Course: CakesYou can prepare these sweet chocolate snacks together with your little ones, because they are prepared quickly and in a very simple way.
Ingredients
2 packs of chocolate pudding (powder)
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons rum
2 tablespoons water
50g powdered sugar
50g butter
coconut, ground hazelnuts, ground walnuts
Directions
Mix powdered sugar with egg yolk, rum, and water with a wire. Cook this mixture in steam, when you see that a trace remains in the pan when mixing – it’s over.
Immediately add butter and pudding powder (it should not be diluted in water or boiled).
Mix the ingredients well with a wire, the mixture should be quite sticky. Leave to stand in the fridge for an hour, an hour and a half.
Shape the bombs (they are easy to shape by hand).
You can roll them in coconut, ground hazelnuts or almonds, to taste.
Sweet Advice
Periodically check the density of the mixture as it cools. After about an hour and 15-20 minutes of cooling, you can start shaping the bombs. You don’t have to keep them in the fridge.
