Quick and Easy Chocolate Cake Without Flour

Ingredients
250 g dark chocolate
180 g butter
225 g sugar
1 g of salt
4 g of vanilla sugar
5 eggs
65 g cocoa powder
- For the glaze:
250 g dark chocolate
200 ml sweet sour cream
Directions
- Melt the butter and chocolate and pour them into a bowl. Then add sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and whisk. Then add the eggs and whisk again until combined. Finally add the cocoa and stir.
- Place the dough in a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 ° C for 25 minutes.
- For the glaze:
- Add the crushed chocolate to the sweet sour cream and cook on low heat until the chocolate melts. Pour the icing on the cake and serve.
