Pumpkin Roll

- Bark:
3 eggs,
150 g of sugar,
30 g of powdered sugar,
250 g pumpkin (roasted),
50 g of ground walnuts,
half a bag of baking powder,
juice of half a lemon.
- File:
200 g cream cheese,
30 g butter,
1 vanilla sugar,
100 g of powdered sugar,
1 cinnamon.
Directions

Peel: Mix eggs with sugar, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and then add blended pumpkin, ground walnuts, baking powder, and flour. -
Pour the finished mass into a pan and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. -
Filling: Combine ingredients with a mixer. When the crust has cooled, coat it with the prepared filling and roll it up. -
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
