Pumpkin Cream in a GlassCourse: CreamDifficulty: Easy
One less sweet dessert, just when we all talk and think about diets
100 g ground biscuits
250 g pumpkin puree
250 g of cottage cheese
50 g of honey
200 ml of sweetened whipping cream
half a teaspoon of cinnamon
Grind the biscuits.
Whip the whipping cream.
In a separate bowl, mix the cheese, pumpkin puree, cinnamon and honey. Then add 3 full tablespoons of whipped cream.
Take four glasses with a volume of 300 ml. Put 1.5 tablespoons of biscuits on the bottom of each, then a full tablespoon of pumpkin cream and whipped cream. Sprinkle with biscuits again, then add a little more cream and whipped cream if there is any left and sprinkle with more biscuits (you may have to grind some more biscuits, or crumble it up in a messy way).
