Peach Ice Cubes without BakingCourse: Cakes
An excellent fruit cake that takes 20 minutes to prepare.
- For peach jelly:
1 liter of water
10 tablespoons sugar
about 1/2 kg of peaches
2 vanilla puddings
- For cream:
3 dcl sweet sour cream
2 dcl sour cream
4 tablespoons sugar
1 vanilla sugar
1 bag of gelatin (optional)
- And more:
biscuit for the base, according to the size of the tray.
Separate enough from a liter of water to whisk the pudding.
Cook the rest with sugar, when it boils, add peaches cut into small pieces, cook for a few minutes, then add pudding.
Stir until thickened.
Whisk in the sweet-sour cream, then add the sour cream mixed with the sugar.
Add gelatin if desired.
Put the biscuits in a suitable tray, pour the hot peach cream, then the biscuit again, and put the whipped cream on the cooled one.
Cool well and decorate as desired.
