Oreo Donuts
Difficulty: SimpleApart from the name, these delicious donuts from the oven have nothing in common with the donuts we know, but they are definitely worth your attention!
Ingredients
- Mixture for donuts
1 egg
80 ml of milk
60 ml of oil
2 teaspoons of vinegar
1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
1 teaspoon of baking soda
½ teaspoon of baking powder
a pinch of salt
100 g of plain flour
70 g of sugar
20 g of cocoa powder
4 oreo cookies
- Glaze
100 g of white chocolate
1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
2 oreo cookies for sprinkling
Directions
- In a large bowl, beat the egg with a whisk, then add milk, oil, vinegar and vanilla flavoring. Then add soda, baking powder and salt and mix the mixture.
- At the end, add sugar, flour and cocoa. Mix all the ingredients with a food processor, then add the oreo biscuits that you previously crushed in the blender.
- Transfer the mixture to a pastry bag for one-time use (a regular freezer bag will also work), cut off the top a little and fill the donut mold.
- Bake the donuts for 8-10 minutes at a temperature of 180 °C. Leave them in the mold for a few minutes to cool a little, then take them out and let them cool completely at room temperature.
- During this time, melt the white chocolate and add a little vanilla flavoring.
- Dip the cooled donuts in white chocolate, sprinkle with roughly crushed Oreo biscuits and enjoy!
