Oatmeal with Peanut Butter and Chia Seeds

Oatmeal has become a routine for many people because it is a practical, tasty, healthy and affordable breakfast.
Ingredients
50 g of oatmeal
120 ml of almond milk
½ tablespoon of chia seeds
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 spoon of honey
Directions
- Mix almond milk, chia seeds, butter and honey in a jar or bowl.
- Add oatmeal and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the fridge overnight.
- Serve the next morning with a spoonful of peanut butter, fresh fruit, salted peanuts or almond flakes.
