minutesIf you don’t want hunger to surprise you, when we often start thinking about what we could snack on along the way (usually some junk), we know how to prevent such situations.
Ingredients
2 cups oat flour
1/2 cup ground flax
1/2 teaspoon of coarse Himalayan salt
2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
1 cup of water
6 tablespoons of olive oil
Directions
- Mix flour, flax, salt and finely chopped rosemary. Separately mix the water and oil and then add the flour.
- Let the mixture stand for about 10 minutes, so that it thickens, then pour it onto a baking sheet and spread it as thinly as possible with a spatula.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees, then cut with a pizza cutter and return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
- If you wish, you can add many other spices or make a sweet version with sugar and cinnamon.
