Nuts and Dried Fruit BallsCourse: Bon Flavor
250 gr margarine for cakes,
200 g of powdered sugar,
20 g chocolate,
200 g ground biscuits,
50 g of ground walnuts,
50 g of ground hazelnuts,
50 g of finely chopped dried dates,
50 g of sliced raisins,
10 gr similar,
a few raw sunflower seeds (optional – depending on taste),
300 ml of orange juice.
- Whisk the margarine and powdered sugar until foamy, then add the chocolate previously melted on steam.
- Add biscuits and other ingredients.
- Combine into a compact mass.
- Shape the balls by hand and arrange them on baking paper.
- Keep in a cool place.
