Nettle Juice Is a Treasure For Immunity
Nettle is one of the best plants for immunity, and you can harvest it very easily. It can be frozen and used as food or food supplement, and one of the ways is to make healthy nettle juice.
Ingredients
30-40 pieces of young nettle tops
3 liters of cold water
5-6 citrus fruits of your choice (can also be a combination of lemon, grapefruit and orange)
1 kg of sugar that we add later
Directions
- Wash nettles and citrus fruits.
- Put nettle and sliced citrus fruits in the water. Cover the container and let it stand for 24 hours.
- The next day, mash the ingredients well with your hands, then strain, add sugar.
- The syrup should be stirred occasionally until the sugar dissolves, it takes about 24 hours for the sugar to dissolve, then pour into clean and dry bottles, store in a cool and dark place.
