3 cups of wheat flour
2 cups of milk tea
2 cups of sugar tea
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon yeast
1 can of condensed milk
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of butter
10 medium white marshmallows
50g melted milk chocolate
- for the dough, place the butter and sugar in the bowl of your mixer and beat until you get a clear dough. Add the eggs, milk, chocolate and flour, beating for a few more minutes and finally add the yeast. Pour the dough into a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes or until completely cooked. Let cool and unmold. With a regular glass, cut circles of dough and set aside.
- For the topping, put all the ingredients in a pan and cook until it thickens slightly. Take to the refrigerator for 15 minutes, put the cream in a confectioner’s glove and, making a medium hole in the base of the glove, make a 3 cm layer in the bottom of the chosen cups to serve the dessert. Then place the circle of dough on top and cover with another portion of the topping.
- Decorate with marshmallows, positioning them as eyes. Make circles with the chocolate and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
