You can also prepare your favorite pancakes in the mini version. It will be twice as delicious and softer, and they are prepared incomparably faster.
25 g of melted butter
A little salt
Two spoons of sugar
about 200 ml of milk
about 130 g of flour of your choice
a teaspoon of baking powder
Add milk, butter, sugar, salt to the beaten egg. Add the flour slowly, until you get the desired density (let it be like for American pancakes). Add baking powder.
Heat a pan greased with butter well. Reduce the temperature so that the pancakes do not burn. Pour the mixture with a spoon to get small pancakes.
As soon as you notice bubbles, turn the pancakes to the other side. While you are arranging the pancakes all over the pan, it is time to turn them over.
Add a side dish of your choice (cream, jam, fruit), and you can eat them yourself because they taste great.
