Mini Fastest Cheesecake
60 ml of milk
7 g of neutral gelatin
250 g of ground biscuits
250 g of cream cheese
250 ml of Greek yogurt
a bag of vanilla, 3 tablespoons of melted butter
60 g of sugar
For decoration: chocolate flakes.
Pour the milk into a bowl, add the gelatin and let it stand for 2-3 minutes.
In another bowl, mix the ground biscuits and melted butter.
Line 12 muffin tins with greaseproof paper, then place a mixture of ground biscuits and butter in them and press lightly to form a crust.
In a deep bowl, mix the cream cheese with the yogurt, plain and vanilla sugar and whisk until the mixture is homogeneous.
Heat the gelatin in the microwave for 20 seconds, mix with the other ingredients and then pour into molds, over the biscuit crust.
Leave to set in the fridge for 2-3 hours, garnish with chocolate flakes and serve.
