Low-fat, gluten-free crackers are great in combination with a sauce as a salty snack or as a dessert with ice cream.
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
3 tablespoons butter; melted

In a large bowl, pour almond flour, coconut flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder.
