Low Fat and Gluten-Free Crackers

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
3 tablespoons butter; melted
3-4 tablespoons of water; so much so that the dough unites

In a large bowl, pour almond flour, coconut flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder. -
Make a hole in the middle of the dry ingredients and pour the butter into it. Stir to combine ingredients. -
Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for one hour. -
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. -
Thin the dough on baking paper. If the dough is a little sticky, put another sheet of baking paper over the dough. Roll it out as thin as possible, as this will make the crackers crispier. -
Prick the dough with a fork or toothpick to create the appearance of crackers. -
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
