Iced Tea with Orange and GingerCourse: DnB
Iced tea is the perfect drink on summer days. With a little imagination you can create flavors yourself, depending on your mood.
500 ml of water
5 bags of green tea
2 tablespoons ground ginger
3-4 tablespoons of honey, or other sweetener as desired
500 ml of orange juice
250 ml of lemon juice
Fresh mint leaves
After the water boils, add the tea bags and ginger and let stand for about 2 minutes.
When the tea has cooled, strain it into a jug and add lemon and orange juice and stir well.
Add sweetener as desired as well as ice and a couple of mint leaves on top.
