1kg whipped cream
1 liter of acidic water
300 g of strawberries
300 g pineapple
300 g of bananas
Whip the whipped cream with acidic water and divide the mixture into three parts.
Chop the fruit.
Add strawberries to the first part, pineapples to the second, and bananas to the third.
Put foil in a hoop or a deeper sickle and arrange the finished mixtures on top of each other.
Flatten each mixture evenly and leave in the freezer for two hours or overnight in the refrigerator to set.
The next day, turn it on a tray and cut it like a cake. Ideal serving for hot days and the choice of fruit can be varied.
Decorate as desired!
Replace pineapple, bananas and strawberries with seasonal fruit as desired
