Homemade coffee ice cream
Course: FrozenCool down and sweeten on warm days.
Ingredients
3 tablespoons instant coffee
a few teaspoons of water (just to dissolve the coffee)
200 ml of condensed milk
600 ml sweet sour cream
Directions
Dissolve instant coffee in a little water and mix well with condensed milk.
Pour sweet sour cream into a larger bowl, then add a mixture of milk and coffee. Whisk everything well with a mixer.
Pour the mixture into a plastic container and keep in the freezer for at least two hours.
