Homemade Chocolate with Only Three IngredientsCourse: Chocolates
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
half a spoon of honey
Soften the coconut oil, but be careful not to dissolve it completely because it will not bond well with the cocoa. Then add the other ingredients and mix until well combined and you get a smooth mass.
Pour the mixture into a pan on greaseproof paper and flatten. Put it in the freezer for 20 minutes to harden, then cut it into pieces.
If you want to add something else to the chocolate, such as chopped hazelnuts or raisins, add them to the mixture when it is completely smooth.
Or, if you want your chocolate to look irresistible, sprinkle these extra ingredients after you’ve flattened the mixture in a baking pan – so that they come out of the chocolate.
