Healthy Raspberry and Chia Seed Jam
Many people like different jams, and yet, they are aware that there is really too much sugar in the shopping. But in about 20 minutes you can make a super delicious and healthy homemade jam.
200 g of fresh frozen raspberries
40 g chia seeds
1/2 lemon, drained
Put the raspberries in a small bowl and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
As the berries heat up and cook, they will become softer, so squeeze them with a fork until you get a puree-like mixture, with the pieces.
Then mix chia seeds and lemon juice into the fruit, and mix everything well to blend evenly.
Leave on a moderate heat for another 15 minutes, until you get a jelly-like mixture.
Cool and place in the refrigerator.
This Jam can stay in the fridge for 6-7 days, and in the freezer for much longer.
