Healthy Hot Chocolate with low-fat Yogurt

2 tablespoons of 100% pure cocoa powder
2 cups of skimmed milk
1/2 teaspoon of stevia
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 low-fat plain yogurt
1 cinnamon stick
Directions
- In a blender, mix the starch, milk, cocoa and stevia until a homogeneous liquid.
- Transfer the mixture to a saucepan over low heat, add the cinnamon and stir until it boils.
- Turn off the heat, remove the cinnamon, mix the yogurt and it is ready to serve.
