Healthy Chia Raspberry PuddingCourse: Puddings
Chia pudding with raspberries is an ideal choice for a healthy start to the day. It will keep you full for a long time, and it is easy and quick to prepare, and you can store it in the refrigerator for up to three days.
240 ml of coconut or cow’s milk
120 ml of water
150 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
75 g of chia seeds
2-3 teaspoons of vanilla extract
Put coconut or cow’s milk, water and raspberries in a blender and mix until you get a uniform mixture.
Then add chia seeds and vanilla extract.
Leave the pudding in the fridge to settle for at least half an hour, preferably overnight.
