Good morning with juicy banana muffins
They are great for breakfast, as a snack or afternoon treat, and the preparation is very short and simple. You can dip warm muffins in melted butter and then in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
130 g of sugar
100 ml of oil
2 large eggs
2 small ripe bananas
200 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Butter the mold for 12 muffins.
- Mix eggs with sugar, add oil, crushed bananas and vanilla extract.
- In one bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Combine with the liquid mixture.
- Divide the mixture into molds and bake for 15-20 minutes. Pierce with a toothpick and check that it came out clean, without a piece of dough.
