Fruit Yogurt PieCourse: PieDifficulty: Easy
A yogurt dessert is always a real temptation. This pie recipe is even tastier with the addition of the fruit.
350 g sugar + sugar
50 g cornstarch
3 Greek yogurts
Strawberries and powdered sugar
Grease a tray with margarine and line it with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the sugar with the cornflour, then add the yogurts and beat. Finally, add the eggs and beat again.
Pour the dough on the tray and take it to the oven, preheated to 180ºc, for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, unmold on a cloth dusted with sugar and wrap. Let cool and serve decorated with strawberries, cut in half, and powdered sugar.
