130 g of sifted smooth flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons white sugar
180 ml + 2 tablespoons milk
1 large egg
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
In another bowl, mix the eggs with the milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Make sure the butter cools.
Pour the wet ingredients into the flour mixture and mix well. Let the dough rest for about ten minutes.
Heat a little oil in a pan and shape the pancakes into three to four tablespoons of the mixture. Turn the pancake when it takes on a golden color and small bubbles form on the surface.
Bake it for another minute on the other side, check the color and take it out.
Repeat the process with the rest of the dough.
