Fluffy Japanese Pancakes

minutesThese sweet and very cute Japanese pancakes will delight everyone at home.
Ingredients
200 g of flour
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 tablespoons yeast
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1 coffee spoon of salt
300 ml semi-skimmed milk
60 g of butter
1 yolk M
3 egg whites M
2 tablespoons of oil

125 g of red fruits
200 ml of whipped cream
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Directions

Mix the flour, sugar, yeast, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and set aside. -
In a separate bowl, add the milk, melted butter, and egg yolk, mixing well. -
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Reserve. -
Add the flour and milk mixture in the same bowl. Then wrap the egg whites, without mixing too much. -
Grease a small nonstick skillet and add a cooking ring with oil. Place the skillet over the heat and pour a ladle full of dough into the ring. Cook for 6 minutes. -
With the help of a wide spatula, turn the ring and cook for another 6 minutes. -
Serve the pancakes with berries, whipped cream, honey, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
