This phenomenal cake leaves no one indifferent. Whoever tries it once, always makes it again and again.
100 g of sugar
25 g cocoa
2 tablespoons density
180 g dark chocolate
100 g of hazelnuts
100 g of almonds
2 tablespoons hot water
- First turn on the oven to preheat to 190 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In one bowl, separate the egg, yolk and egg white. Whisk the egg whites in solid snow, and whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until you get a nice creamy mixture.
- Then melt the chocolate in a steamer. Add cocoa and thickener to it. Roast the hazelnuts and almonds a little, then chop them a little in a blender and add to this mixture. Stir with a mixer until combined and becomes a nice cream. Then add hot water to it. When everything is nicely combined, remove the mixer and lightly add the whipped egg whites to the chocolate cream with a spatula and mix slowly until you get a nice creamy mixture.
