Ferrero Rocher Balls

300 g hazelnuts,
250 g wafers with hazelnuts,
150 g chocolate,
100 g cream,
250 g margarine
- for glaze:
150 g chocolate,
3 teaspoons oil
Directions

Melt the chocolate, cream and margarine on a steamer. -
Crumble the wafers in a large bowl. -
Mix the crumbled wafers with roasted and finely chopped hazelnuts. -
Pour the melted ingredients over the wafers and hazelnuts, and continue to mix them with a ladle. -
Place the resulting mixture in the refrigerator to cool for about an hour. -
Melt the chocolate glaze with the oil on a steamer. -
Take out the cooled mixture with a spoon and make balls with your palms. -
Dip the balls in the melted chocolate and arrange them on a tray with greaseproof paper. -
Return the balls to the refrigerator to make the glaze even harder.
