Ingredients
100 g of butter
180 g of chocolate
100 g of powdered sugar
30 g of plain flour
2 large eggs + 2 yolks
A pinch of salt
Directions
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease the souffle pans with butter.
- Melt the chocolate in steam with butter and a pinch of salt. Let it cool a little, then mix in the sugar and flour, and finally the eggs.
- Pour the mixture into the dishes and bake for 15-20 minutes, until it cracks slightly on top.
