Ingredients
- For the dough:
170 g margarine
200 g flour
45 g cocoa
230 g of sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon milk
a little brown sugar
- For fil:
120 g of cooking chocolate
1 dcl sweet cream
- For decoration:
optionally powdered sugar
Directions
- For the dough:
- Knead all the ingredients into a smooth dough, wrap in a transparent foil and leave for an hour in the refrigerator.
- Roll out a thin dough, 2 mm thick, on a floured surface, remove with a heart mold. Arrange in a baking tray lined with baking paper, sprinkle with colored sugar and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes.
- For the filling:
- Heat the chocolate and sweet-sour cream on a steamer or in the microwave, mix well and leave to cool. Pour over the hearts.
