Today we suggest you gather your loved ones and treat them with a very simple and delicious “drunk” chocolate pudding.
200 g of cooking chocolate
550-600 milliliters of milk
30 g density
20 g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
a little salt
a little cinnamon
1 tablespoon fruit liqueur if desired
- As a first step, it is necessary to melt the chocolate in approximately 500 milliliters of milk, and in the remaining milk to melt the thickener, vanilla sugar, ordinary sugar and salt.
- When the chocolate has melted, add the thick mixture to that of the chocolate and mix well so that no lumps form.
- Cook until the pudding thickens and before it is ready, add cinnamon and liqueur to taste. When the pudding is ready, pour it into suitable plates or cups and leave it in the fridge for a few hours.
- If you want, you can decorate the pudding with whipped cream, chocolate cubes, fruit, or optional.
