Donuts with Cinnamon

Ingredients
- For donuts:
1 ½ cup of universal flour (260 g)
½ cups whole wheat flour (75 g)
¾ cups of granulated sugar (170 g)
2 tablespoons baking powder
½ teaspoons of freshly ground nutmeg
½ teaspoons of ground cinnamon
¼ a spoonful of ground ginger
1 tablespoon of salt
1 ¼ cup of buttermilk
1 egg
2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
5 tablespoons butter, melted and slightly cooled

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and sprinkle the donut pans with a little oil.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, and salt.
The slopes are sideways. In a separate bowl, whisk the butter, eggs, vanilla and melted butter.
Mix the wet and dry mixture and stir with a rubber spatula until combined.
Fill a pastry syringe with buttermilk and fill the donuts halfway.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the donuts are pulled out by touch.
Switch to wires and let rest for 5 minutes.
Whisk together 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and pour into a shallow bowl.-
When the donuts have cooled enough to bear but are still warm, roll them in cinnamon sugar to coat well. Serve warm.
