Donuts with Blueberries From the Oven in Just 10 MinutesCourse: Bon Flavor
If you are a fan of airy donuts, and you don’t like to wait until the dough comes and fry them, you will be delighted with this recipe.
250 g flour (1 cup)
250 g blueberries (you can replace for another of your favorite fruits)
120 ml of yogurt
80 g of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine flour, powdered sugar and baking powder. Stir well.
In another bowl, mix the yogurt, egg and vanilla extract. Instead of extract you can use vanilla powder-
Pour the prepared mixture into the previous one.
Add blueberries (or other fruits) and stir.
Take a donut mold. If you don’t have it, you can use muffin tins. Coat the recesses with oil. Fill each well with the prepared mixture to 2/3.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 10 minutes.
Delicious donuts are ready! Sprinkle them with powdered sugar or vanilla sugar if desired.
