½ small, ripe avocado
3-4 coriander leaves
250 ml of water
- Peel the avocado, lime and kiwi and cut them into small pieces.
- Transfer all ingredients to a blender and blend briefly, until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
- If you like the smoothie to be thinner, add a little more water.
