Delicious oatmeal cookies without baking

minutesIt takes very little time to prepare this dessert or breakfast, and the result is an excellent dessert that everyone will enjoy.
Ingredients
200 g peanut butter, smooth
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons honey
A pinch of salt
A little cinnamon
2-3 tablespoons hemp seeds
2-3 tablespoons goji berries
60 g oatmeal
Directions
- Place baking paper on a baking sheet or tray.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract, then place in the microwave for 30 seconds and then stir.
- Add all the other ingredients and mix well until you get a fine and homogeneous mixture.
- Using a spoon, take out the mixture piece by piece, form a ball between your palms and place it on baking paper, then squeeze with a fork or a spatula to make a cookie shape.
- Repeat until you have used up the whole mixture.
- The biscuits are then placed in the refrigerator, to squeeze a little, for at least an hour.
